We facilitate mentorship talks, leadership training, and reproductive and mental health workshops with ROCK students and boys and girls from our partners schools in Kibera. If these students are not motivated to study and stay in school, they may fall back into an idle life and find themselves turning to substance abuse and crime. Our volunteers go to schools to hold 30-minute to 1-hour life skills sessions at 5 local schools. These volunteers are ROCK graduates, and the program helps them further polish their leadership, self-confidence, and public speaking skills as they give back to our program and the community.
